【摘要】：正随着孕早期超声检查的普遍开展及女性生育年龄的推迟,近年来妊娠期盆腔包块的发生率有所增加。所涉及的盆腔包块除最常见的卵巢肿物外,还应注意少数情况,如:浆膜下子宫肌瘤、卵巢冠囊肿、输卵管积水、腹膜或大网膜包涵囊肿及肠道来源的肿物等。尽管大多数妊娠期盆腔包块为良性病变,且相当比例的卵巢肿物有自然消退的可能,但仍有少数会在孕期发生扭转、破裂或病理检查提示恶性。故而对临
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of pelvic mass in pregnancy has increased with the development of ultrasound examination in early pregnancy and the delay of female reproductive age. In addition to the most common ovarian masses, the pelvic masses involved should be noted in a few cases, such as: subserous hysteromyoma, ovarian coronal cyst, hydrosalpinx, peritoneal or omentum inclusion cyst and intestinal neoplasms. Although most of the pelvic masses in pregnancy are benign lesions, and a considerable proportion of ovarian masses are likely to recede naturally, there are still a few cases where torsion, rupture or pathological examination may indicate malignancy during pregnancy.
