【摘要】：正胚胎携带父方的MHC单元型,相对于母体犹如同种异体移植,母胎免疫耐受是妊娠建立与维持的前提,机体免疫系统在其中发挥着复杂而精细的调控作用。T淋巴细胞是机体免疫调节的主体,主要包括辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th cell)及调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg),在抵御外界病原体感染、维持机体内环境稳定过程中发挥着重要作用。随着生殖免疫学研究的不断深入,已证实不同T淋巴细胞亚群在诱导
[Abstract]:Compared with the maternal allograft, the maternal and fetal immune tolerance is the prerequisite for the establishment and maintenance of pregnancy. The immune system plays a complex and delicate regulatory role. T lymphocytes are the main body of immune regulation, including helper T lymphocyte (Th cell) and regulatory T lymphocyte (Treg), to resist the infection of external pathogens. It plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the internal environment. With the development of reproductive immunology, it has been proved that different T lymphocyte subsets are induced by different T lymphocyte subsets.
