人乳头瘤病毒16型E5蛋白在宫颈癌中表达及其作用的研究进展

【摘要】:宫颈癌是常见的女性恶性肿瘤,其发生发展与HPV的感染密切相关。HPV16是宫颈癌患者中感染率最高的亚型,其编码的早期蛋白E5、E6、E7可刺激宫颈上皮细胞转化成肿瘤细胞。E6、E7蛋白在宫颈癌晚期表达,E5可能在早期表达。E5蛋白的是否表达及其致癌机制与多种因子相关。E5蛋白可作用于细胞生长因子受体通路,下调miRNA196a,并通过与HLAⅠ类分子结合协助感染细胞免疫逃逸,从而促进肿瘤的发生。E5蛋白与E6、E7蛋白协同会发挥更强的致宫颈癌作用。本研究对E5蛋白表达与病毒整合的关系及其对宫颈癌的作用进行了综述。
