琥珀散加减对子宫内膜息肉患者TCRP术后月经影响的临床观察

【摘要】：目的：本课题主要观察了对子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术(TCRP)后予以琥珀散治疗的临床疗效,对患者月经模式进行评价,从而为临床提供一种改善患者术后月经模式,降低子宫内膜息肉复发率的方案方法：本课题选择符合纳入标准的66例子宫内膜息肉(EP)患者,随机分为2组,治疗组33例(手.术联合中药组),对照组33例(单纯手术组)。治疗组术后给予琥珀散加减口服,疗程为2个月。对照组为单纯的手术组不给予任何药物干预,观察2个月。观察两组患者治疗后中医症状、体征改善情况,患者的用经模式和基础体温变化。结果：治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为96.8%和75.6%,手术联合中药治疗组的疗效与单纯手术组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)；治疗组和对照组的调经疗效的总有效率分别为90.3%和87.9%,无统计学意义(P0.05)；治疗后两组患者的中医证候积分均下降,治疗组与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照；两组患者治疗后行经天数均缩短,治疗组与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照。两组患者观察研究的第1个月HPS评分进行比较,P0.05,无统计学意义,两组患者手术治疗后HPS评分基本均恢复正常。两组患者观察研究的第2、3个月HPS评分进行比较,P0.05,有统计学意义,治疗组的HPS评分优于对照组。由此推断手术联合中药治疗组在改善患者症状体征以及患者月经模式方面具有较好疗效。结论：手术联合中药治疗能够明显的改善子宫内膜息肉(EP)患者的临床症状、体征和月经模式,疗效优于单纯手术治疗,副作用小。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the menstrual pattern of patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps (TCRP). It provides a method to improve the menstrual pattern and reduce the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps. 66 cases of endometrial polyps with (EP) were selected in this study. Randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 33 cases (hand). Operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine group, control group 33 cases (simple operation group). The treatment group was treated with the addition and subtraction of amber powder for 2 months. The control group was treated with no drug intervention for 2 months. The symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine were improved after treatment, the pattern of meridian use and the changes of basic body temperature were observed. Results: the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.8% and 75.66.The curative effect of the operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly different from that of the simple operation group (P0.05). The total effective rate of regulating menstrual effect in treatment group and control group was 90.3% and 87.9% respectively, there was no statistical significance (P0.05); after treatment, the TCM syndromes score of two groups decreased, the difference between treatment group and control group was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. The menstrual days of the two groups were shortened after treatment, the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. The HPS scores in the first month of the study were compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The HPS scores of the two groups returned to normal after operation. The HPS scores of the two groups at the 2nd and 3rd month were compared, P 0.05, with statistical significance. The HPS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. It is inferred that the operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group has better curative effect in improving the symptoms and signs of the patients and menstrual pattern of the patients. Conclusion: operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, signs and menstrual patterns of (EP) patients with endometrial polyps.
