超声刀在子宫颈癌手术中优缺点的讨论

【摘要】：目的比较超声刀及高频电刀在子宫颈癌手术中使用的优缺点。方法将2011年1月-2015年11月收治的126例子宫颈癌Ⅰ期患者随机分为超声刀组和高频电刀组,每组各63例。对两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结检出数量、手术费用等方面进行比较。结果 126例患者均顺利完成手术。手术时间:超声刀组(202.06±11.67)min,高频电刀组(223.48±18.01)min,差异有统计学意义(P0.001);术中出血量:超声刀组(373.97±27.95)m L,高频电刀组(458.16±33.18)m L,差异有统计学意义(P0.001);手术费用:超声刀组(4 171.43±276.46)元,高频电刀组(3 101.54±258.59)元,差异有统计学意义(P0.001);淋巴结检出数量:超声刀组(10.38±2.43)枚,高频电刀组(9.76±2.61)枚,差异无统计学意义(P=0.172)。结论在子宫颈癌手术中运用超声刀能有效缩短手术时间,减少手术出血量,但不能显著增加淋巴结检出数量,而且明显增加了手术费用,给患者增加了经济负担。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic knife and high frequency electric knife in cervical cancer surgery. Methods from January 2011 to November 2015 126 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into ultrasonic knife group and high frequency electrosurgical group with 63 cases in each group. The operative time, intraoperative bleeding, lymph node detection and operation cost were compared between the two groups. Results the operation was successfully completed in 126 patients. Operation time: ultrasound knife group (202.06 卤11.67) min, high-frequency electrosurgical operation group (223.48 卤18.01) min, difference was statistically significant (P0.001); Intraoperative bleeding volume: ultrasonic scalpel group (373.97 卤27.95) m L,) high frequency electrosurgical group (458.16 卤33.18) m L,) significant difference (P0.001); The operation cost: ultrasound knife group (4 171.43 卤276.46) yuan, high frequency electrosurgical operation group (3 101.54 卤258.59) yuan, the difference was statistically significant (P0. 001); The number of lymph nodes detected was (10.38 卤2.43) in ultrasonic knife group and (9.76 卤2.61) in high frequency electrosurgical group (P < 0.172). Conclusion Ultrasonic scalpel can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding, but it can not significantly increase the number of lymph nodes detected, and increase the cost of surgery and increase the economic burden for the patients.
