妊娠合并狼疮危象诊疗

【摘要】：狼疮危象是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者最严重的并发症。一般认为妊娠会使SLE病情恶化,使得狼疮危象的诊断困难,病死率高。正确的诊断和治疗妊娠合并狼疮危象,是抢救患者生命的关键。
[Abstract]:Lupus crisis is the most serious complication in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Pregnancy is thought to worsen SLE, making lupus crisis difficult to diagnose and high mortality. Correct diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy with lupus crisis is the key to save the patient's life.
