妊娠期干燥综合征管理

【摘要】：干燥综合征是一种系统性自身免疫性疾病。干燥综合征不影响女性患者的生育能力,但其与妊娠之间相互影响,影响胎儿宫内的生长发育,影响妊娠结局,增加自然流产率和早产率。妊娠期间干燥综合征的治疗目的主要是终止或抑制患者体内的异常免疫反应,保证胎儿宫内正常生长发育,预防妊娠期并发症及新生儿并发症。治疗主要包括对症治疗和系统性治疗,系统性治疗又包括糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂等。文章就干燥综合征的概述、干燥综合征与妊娠的相互影响、干燥综合征的治疗、孕期监测和妊娠时机等方面进行介绍。
[Abstract]:Sjogren syndrome is a systemic autoimmune disease. Sjogren's syndrome does not affect the fertility of female patients, but it interacts with pregnancy, affects the growth and development of the fetus, affects the outcome of pregnancy, and increases the rate of spontaneous abortion and premature delivery. The main purpose of the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome during pregnancy is to stop or inhibit the abnormal immune response in the patient, to ensure the normal growth and development of the fetus, and to prevent the complications of pregnancy and neonatal complications. Treatment includes symptomatic treatment and systemic therapy, including glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants. This article introduces the Sjogren syndrome, the interaction between Sjogren's syndrome and pregnancy, the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome, the monitoring of pregnancy and the timing of pregnancy.
