人乳头瘤病毒的变化在宫颈癌及癌前病变中的临床意义

【摘要】：目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在宫颈癌及癌前病变中的临床意义。方法 141例宫颈细胞学检查异常患者通过第二代杂交捕获试验(HCII)检测HPV,并实施阴道镜检查及活检。结果宫颈炎39例、CINΙ74例、CINⅡ14例、CINⅢ11例、宫颈癌3例;HPV感染67例(47.52%),且随宫颈病变程度加重HPV感染率呈增高趋势。结论 HPV感染与宫颈癌及癌前病变关系密切,且与病变严重程度有一定相关性。
