足月产后绒毛膜癌脑转移临床诊治分析

【摘要】：目的提高临床医生对足月产后绒毛膜癌脑转移临床特点、治疗、预后的认识。方法收集2012年1月至2016年4月成都市第三人民医院妇产科收治的4例足月产后绒毛膜癌脑转移病例,分析临床表现、诊断治疗经过及预后情况。结果 3例患者以神经系统症状为首发症状。治疗以多药化疗为基础,联合手术、全脑放疗、伽马刀治疗。4名患者预后良好,达到临床痊愈。结论临床医生应注意绒毛膜癌脑转移与原发颅内疾病的鉴别诊断,以多药化疗为基础的综合治疗可以取得满意疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the clinical features, treatment and prognosis of postpartum choriocarcinoma brain metastasis. Methods from January 2012 to April 2016, 4 cases of postpartum choriocarcinoma brain metastasis were collected from the third people's Hospital of Chengdu. The clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were analyzed. Results the first symptoms of 3 patients were nervous system symptoms. The treatment was based on multidrug chemotherapy, combined with surgery, whole brain radiotherapy and gamma knife therapy. 4 patients had a good prognosis and achieved clinical recovery. Conclusion clinicians should pay attention to the differential diagnosis between brain metastasis and primary intracranial diseases of choriocarcinoma. The comprehensive treatment based on multi-drug chemotherapy can achieve satisfactory results.
