IL-17D、CD163在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及意义

【摘要】：目的:通过检测IL-17D、CD163在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达,探讨IL-17D、M2肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(M2-TAM)在卵巢上皮性癌发生、发展过程中的意义。方法:应用免疫组化(S-P)方法检测IL-17D、CD163在正常卵巢组、卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤组和卵巢上皮性癌组中的表达情况。结果:卵巢上皮性癌组IL-17D、CD163的阳性表达率(74.0%,80.0%)高于卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤组(40.0%,30.0%)和正常卵巢组织组(0,10.0%)(P0.01);IL-17D、CD163在晚期(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达率(83.3%,88.9%)高于早期(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)卵巢上皮性癌(50.0%,57.1%)(P0.05);IL-17D、CD163在低分化卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达率(90.9%,95.5%)高于中-高分化(60.7%,67.9%)卵巢上皮性癌(P0.05);IL-17D与CD163在卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达具有正相关性(r=0.388,P0.01)。结论:IL-17D、M2-TAM在卵巢上皮性癌发生、发展过程中可能有一定作用,且两者可能具有协同促进作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the significance of IL-17D,M2 tumor-associated macrophages (M2-TAM) in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma by detecting the expression of IL-17D,CD163 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods: immunohistochemical method (S-P) was used to detect the expression of IL-17D,CD163 in normal ovary group, ovarian epithelial benign tumor group and ovarian epithelial carcinoma group.
