基于GPRS的妊高征监测系统设计

【摘要】:目的:本研究旨在基于血流动力学动态预测妊高征的原理,通过利用移动通信技术,进行远程妊高征监测系统的设计,实现孕妇血流动力学参数的实时检测、分析,为妊娠高血压综合征的动态预测提供技术支持,提高预测的准确率。 方法:监测系统设计以无创采集人体脉搏波为主要检测方法和手段,通过光电传感器采集人体指端容积脉搏波;经过滤波、放大、AD转换后,送入处理器分析,得到妊高征预测相关的血流动力学参数。系统通过选用GPRS模块把采集数据传输到医院中的服务器,由医生对采集数据进行分析。整个系统以嵌入式微控制器STM32F103为控制核心,结合软件设计实现数据的采集、分析与存储、数据传输等功能。 成果:该系统能实现妊高征的实时监测、动态预测且运行稳定,安全可靠,系统通用性好,同时具有功耗低,体积小,,操作简单,便于携带等特点,适合家庭医疗保健使用。 结论:本系统能实现对妊高征的早期筛选,及时诊断与治疗。可以满足临床使用的要求。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the principle of dynamic hemodynamic prediction of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), a remote monitoring system for PIH was designed by using mobile communication technology to detect and analyze the hemodynamic parameters of pregnant women in real time. To provide technical support for the dynamic prediction of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and improve the accuracy of prediction. Methods: the monitoring system designed to collect human pulse wave as the main detection methods and means, through the photoelectric sensor to collect human finger volume pulse wave; After filtering, amplifying and AD conversion, the parameters related to the prediction of PIH were obtained. The system uses GPRS module to transmit the collected data to the server in the hospital, and the doctor analyzes the collected data. The whole system takes the embedded microcontroller STM32F103 as the control core, and combines the software design to realize the data collection, analysis and storage, data transmission and other functions. Results: the system can realize the real-time monitoring of PIH, dynamic prediction and stable operation, safety and reliability, good versatility, low power consumption, small volume, simple operation, easy to carry and so on. It is suitable for family medical care. Conclusion: this system can be used for early screening, diagnosis and treatment of PIH. It can meet the requirement of clinical use.
