口腔微生物与不良妊娠结局关系的研究进展

【摘要】:长久以来,胎盘一直被认为是无菌环境,但最新研究采用分子生物学技术,发现胎盘内同样存在其独特的微生物群落,且与口腔微生物群落最为接近。经血行途径散播的口腔致病菌已成为宫内感染的另一重要来源。本文就近年来国内外对口腔微生物入侵子宫的研究及其对不良妊娠结局(adverse pregnancy outcomes,APOs)的影响进行探讨,为孕妇口腔疾病的预防和临床治疗提供新的方向。
[Abstract]:Placenta has long been considered aseptic environment, but the latest research using molecular biology technology, found that the placenta also has its unique microbial community, and most close to the oral microbial community. Oral pathogenic bacteria transmitted by blood have become another important source of intrauterine infection. In this paper, the study of oral microorganism invading uterus and its influence on the adverse pregnancy outcome (adverse pregnancy outcomes,APOs) at home and abroad are discussed in order to provide a new direction for the prevention and clinical treatment of oral diseases of pregnant women.
