脑源性神经营养因子及其受体P75在ⅠB1~ⅡB期宫颈鳞癌和正常宫颈组织中的表达

【摘要】:目的探讨脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其低亲和力受体P75在ⅠB1~ⅡB期宫颈鳞癌及正常宫颈组织中的表达特点及表达位置关系。方法收集南方医科大学南方医院妇科2014—2016年ⅠB1~ⅡB期宫颈鳞癌病例124例,用免疫组织化学、免疫荧光及生物体视学图像分析法观察124例宫颈鳞癌及10例正常宫颈BDNF及P75的表达分布、定量情况及位置关系。结果 BDNF及P75受体均主要表达于宫颈鳞癌细胞及正常宫颈上皮细胞的细胞膜、其次为膜浆共表达。BDNF及P75的表达部位之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.127,P=0.042),两者表达位置之间无相关性(B=1.246,P0.05)。在宫颈鳞癌中,BDNF的表达量低于正常宫颈(t=4.289,P=0.04);P75则高于正常宫颈(t=9.970,P=0.002)。BDNF、P75膜浆共表达组分期高于膜表达组(χ2=22.841,P=0.000)、(χ2=23.442,P=0.000)。各分期宫颈鳞癌BDNF及P75表达量之间差异无统计学意义(F=0.545,P=0.703)、(F=1.673,P=0.162)。结论脑源性神经营养因子及其低亲和力受体P75可能参与宫颈鳞癌的发生,且其两者之间存在一定关系,共同作用于肿瘤的生长。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and its low affinity receptor (P75) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and normal cervical tissues. Methods 124 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma from 2014 to 2016 in Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University were collected. The expression of BDNF and P75 in 124 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal cervix were observed by immunofluorescence and biological image analysis. Results BDNF and P75 receptors were mainly expressed in the cell membrane of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and normal cervix epithelium, followed by the co-expression of BDNF and P75. There was significant difference between the expression sites of BDNF and P75 (蠂 2, 4.127, P 0.042). There was no correlation between the two expression positions (P 0.05). The expression of BDNF in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix was lower than that in normal cervix (t = 4.289). P75 was higher than that of normal cervix (tn970), and the stage of co-expression of BDNF,P75 was higher than that of membranous expression (蠂 2 + 22.841), (蠂 2 23. 442P 0. 000). There was no significant difference in the expression of BDNF and P75 among different stages of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (FG 0.545U / P 0.703), (/ F 1.673 / P = 0.162). Conclusion brain-derived neurotrophic factor and its low affinity receptor P75 may be involved in the development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and there is a certain relationship between them.
