Wnt-1和Sfrp-1在宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的:研究Wnt-1蛋白与Sfrp-1蛋白在宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜中的表达情况,初步探讨其与宫腔粘连的相关性。 方法:采用免疫组织化学(IHC)方法,检测60例宫腔粘连(Intrauterin adhesions,IUA)患者子宫内膜组织(轻、中、重度IUA各20例)及20例子宫纵隔患者正常子宫内膜组织中的Wnt-1蛋白与Sfrp-1蛋白的表达差异,分析宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜中Wnt-1蛋白和Sfrp-1蛋白的表达与宫腔粘连程度的相关性。 结果:1.Wnt-1蛋白在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞及间质细胞中的胞膜和胞浆表达,Wnt-1蛋白在IUA组中表达高于非IUA组(P0.05),且Wnt-1蛋白在重度IUA组表达高于中度IUA组,中度IUA组高于轻度IUA组(P0.05).2.Sfrp-1蛋白主要在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞及间质细胞的胞浆中表达,部分在胞膜表达,Sfrp-1蛋白在非IUA组中表达高于IUA组(P0.05),且Sfrp-1蛋白在轻度IUA组高于中度IUA组,中度IUA组高于重度IUA组(P0.05)。3.Wnt-1蛋白和Sfrp-1蛋白在IUA患者子宫内膜中的表达呈负相关(相关系数r=-0.713)。 结论:1.Wnt-1可能与宫腔粘连的形成及严重程度有关。2.Sfrp-1可能在宫腔粘连的形成中起抑制作用。3.Wnt-1和Sfrp-1可能相互作用参与宫腔粘连的形成。 图片9幅,表7个,文献58篇

To analyze the correlation between the expression of Wnt-1 protein and Sfrp-1 protein and the degree of intrauterine adhesion in endometrium of patients with intrauterine adhesion. Results: the expression of 1.Wnt-1 protein in the membrane and cytoplasm of endometrial glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells was higher in IUA group than in non-IUA group (P0.05), and the expression of Wnt-1 protein in severe IUA group was higher than that in moderate IUA group. The expression of 2.Sfrp-1 protein was mainly in the cytoplasm of endometrial glandular epithelial cells and interstitial cells in moderate IUA group than in mild IUA group (P0.05). The expression of Sfrp-1 protein in non-IUA group was higher than that in IUA group (P0.05). The expression of Sfrp-1 protein in the mild IUA group was higher than that in the moderate IUA group, and in the moderate IUA group was higher than that in the severe IUA group (P0.05). The expression of 3.Wnt-1 protein and Sfrp-1 protein in the endometrium of IUA patients was negatively correlated (r = -0.713). Conclusion: 1.Wnt-1 may be related to the formation and severity of intrauterine adhesions. 2.Sfrp-1 may play an inhibitory role in the formation of intrauterine adhesions. 3.Wnt-1 and Sfrp-1 may interact in the formation of intrauterine adhesions. 9 pictures, 7 tables, 58 documents
