胚胎累计评分法选择胚胎对妊娠率及流产率的预测

【摘要】：目的:探讨利用胚胎累积评分法(embryo cumulative score,ECS)预测胚胎发育潜能、胚胎种植率(implantation rate,IR)、临床妊娠率(pregnancy rate,PR)和流产率(Abortion Rate,AR)的应用价值,以便于临床选择更具发育潜能的胚胎。方法:对我中心2011年1 048个IVF/ICSI-ET周期进行回顾分析,其中793个IVF周期及255个ICSI周期,利用ECS计算其分值并依据ECS对种植率、妊娠率及流产率进行比较分析。结果:IVF/ICSI周期移植2个胚胎,ECS评分为18且≤30时可达到62.4%的妊娠率。其中ECS评分为25且≤30时可达到64.1%的妊娠率,且流产率显著低于其他各组(P0.05)。结论:ECS评分法对选择更具发育潜能及低流产率的胚胎具有较好的临床应用价值。
