[Abstract]:Decidua natural killer (d NK) cells are NK cells in decidua tissue gathered at the maternal and fetal interface during pregnancy, and are the main lymphocytes in decidua tissue in early pregnancy. The NK cells have the functions of promoting trophoblastic cell invasion, angiogenesis and immune tolerance, and their abnormal function directly affects the development of pregnancy, which is one of the causes of recurrent abortion. The study of decidual NK cell function and its upstream or downstream regulatory molecules will provide new ideas for the treatment of recurrent abortion. This paper summarizes the characteristics, functions, effects of decidual NK cells on pregnancy and its relationship with recurrent abortion.
