【摘要】：正1诊断1继发不孕;2双侧输卵管炎;3月经紊乱:垂体糖蛋白激素腺瘤?卵巢抵抗综合征(ROS)?2诊断依据2.1患者育龄期女性,未避孕未孕伴月经稀发8年。既往月经尚规则,8年前无诱因出现月经稀发,周期40~90天。体格检查及妇科检查无特殊。外院子宫输卵管造影(HSG)检查示:双侧输卵管慢性炎症,轻度积水。经阴道B超检查:双侧卵巢

The diagnosis of ovarian resistance syndrome (ROS)? 2) was based on 2. 1 women of childbearing age, no contraception, no pregnancy and 8 years of menorrhagia. Previous menstruation is still regular, 8 years ago without inducement to appear menstruation, the cycle of 40 ~ 90 days. There is no special physical examination or gynecological examination.
