雌激素硫酸基转移酶及孕激素受体蛋白表达与子宫肉瘤发病关系研究

【摘要】：目的探讨雌激素硫酸基转移酶(SULT1E1)和孕激素受体蛋白(PR)在子宫肉瘤组织中的表达并分析其与子宫肉瘤发病的相关性。方法选取2001—2010年中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科收治的子宫肉瘤病人石蜡病理切片46例(子宫内膜间质肉瘤31例,子宫平滑肌肉瘤15例),取宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅲ级或子宫脱垂病人的正常子宫肌层组织石蜡病理切片20例作为对照。用免疫组化法对子宫肉瘤组织的SULT1E1、PR蛋白进行检测。结果子宫内膜间质肉瘤组及子宫平滑肌肉瘤组分别与正常子宫肌层组SULT1E1蛋白阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);子宫内膜间质肉瘤组与子宫平滑肌肉瘤组PRA蛋白、PRB蛋白阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。子宫内膜间质肉瘤组织中SULT1E1与PRA、PRB蛋白之间均呈负相关关系(分别r=-0.389,P=0.031;r=-0.421,P=0.018)。结论子宫肉瘤的发生、发展与子宫肉瘤组织SULT1E1蛋白表达降低或缺失有关;在子宫内膜间质肉瘤组织中SULT1E1的表达与孕激素受体A、B表达均呈负相关。
