高压氧暴露对卵巢早衰大鼠骨代谢的影响

【摘要】:目的: 探讨高压氧暴露对卵巢早衰大鼠骨代谢的影响。 方法: 将40只SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:空白组、造模空白组、雌孕激素替代(hormone replace therapy, HRT)组、高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen, HBO)组。除空白组以外,均给予雷公藤多甙片溶液灌胃,以建立卵巢早衰模型。然后,HRT组给予雌孕激素灌胃治疗,HBO组给予高压氧治疗及等量生理盐水灌胃,空白组及造模空白组给予等量生理盐水灌胃。观察血清骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)在不同组群变化。 结果: 1.与空白组相比较,造模空白组BLAP、AMH均显著降低;TRACP则显著升高,差异均有显著统计学意义。2.干预治疗后,HRT组的TRACP显著降低,差异有显著意义;BALP、AMH与造模空白组相比均升高,BALP升高有统计学意义,而AMH无统计学意义。3.干预治疗后,HBO组的BALP、AMH与造模空白组相比均升高;TRACP显著降低,差异均有统计学意义。4.与HRT组相比,HBO组AMH较高,差异有统计学意义;BALP较低,TRACP较高,但差异均无统计学意义。 结论: 高压氧暴露能够改善卵巢功能,影响卵巢早衰大鼠的骨代谢,对促进骨形成的BALP有增强作用,对促进骨吸收的TRACP有抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen exposure on bone metabolism in premature ovarian failure rats. Methods: forty SPF grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank group, model blank group, estrogen and progesterone replacement (hormone replace therapy, HRT) group, hyperbaric oxygen (hyperbaric oxygen, HBO) group. The model of premature ovarian failure was established by oral administration of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside solution except blank group. Then, the HRT group was treated with estrogen and progesterone, the HBO group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen and the same amount of normal saline, and the blank group and the model blank group were given the same amount of normal saline. The changes of serum bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP),) and tartrate acid phosphatase (TRACP),) against Muller tube hormone (AMH) in different groups were observed. Results: 1. Compared with the blank group, the BLAP,AMH of the model blank group decreased significantly, while the TRACP increased significantly, the difference was significant. 2. 2. After intervention, the TRACP of HRT group was significantly lower than that of model blank group, BALP,AMH was higher than that of model blank group, BALP increased significantly, but AMH had no statistical significance. After intervention, BALP,AMH in HBO group was significantly higher than that in model blank group, and TRACP was significantly lower than that in model blank group. 4. 4. Compared with HRT group, the AMH of HBO group was higher than that of HRT group, the difference was statistically significant, BALP was lower, TRACP was higher, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: hyperbaric oxygen exposure can improve ovarian function, affect bone metabolism in premature ovarian failure rats, enhance bone formation of BALP and inhibit bone resorption of TRACP.
