剖宫产切口瘢痕血管破裂出血2例

【摘要】：正1病例报告例1,患者,28岁,因阴道流血7天,加重2天于2010年4月24日入院。患者平素月经规律,3~5/30天,经量中等,末次月经:2010年3月18日。4月18日月经如期来潮,经量同前。4月20日阴道流血增多,伴头晕,于当地医院行诊刮术,术后止血。4月23日再次出现阴道大量流血,次日就诊我院。G1P1,2008年剖宫产分娩一足月儿。入院查体:T 36.5℃,P 124/min,R 22/min,BP 98/60 mm Hg,重度贫血貌。妇科检查:阴道内见血液约30 ml,宫口无活动性出血;宫体大小正常,双侧附件未扪及异常。血β-HCG0.1 U/L。血常规:WBC
