GPER在子宫内膜息肉中的表达及意义

【摘要】：目的初步探讨G蛋白偶联雌激素受体(GPER)在子宫内膜息肉中的表达及意义。 方法分别取30例子宫内膜息肉患者的子宫内膜息肉组织(息肉组)、息肉旁内膜组织(息肉旁组)及30例正常子宫内膜组织(正常组),应用Western blot和qRT-PCR法分别测定GPER在各组中的表达,并进行统计学分析。 结果1.Western blot法检测结果：GPER蛋白在息肉组、息肉旁组和正常组的表达(相对定量值,均数±标准差)分别是0.3470±0.06430、0.1970±0.06601、0.0880±0.05731。1) GPER蛋白在息肉组的表达水平显著高于息肉旁组和正常组(P0.05)；2)息肉旁组表达的水平显著高于正常组(P＜0.05)。2.qRT-PCR法检测结果：GPER mRNA在息肉组、息肉旁组和正常组的表达(相对定量值,均数±标准差)分别是2.86±0.76、1.61±0.88和1.26±0.35。1)GPER mRNA在息肉组的表达水平显著高于息肉旁组和正常组(P0.05);2) GPER mRNA在息肉旁组表达的水平高于正常组,但没有显著性差异(P0.05)。 结论1.GPER在宫内膜息肉组织中的表达水平显著高于息肉旁组和正常组；GPER在息肉旁组的表达在蛋白水平高于正常组。2.GPER在宫内膜息肉组织中的高表达,提示其可能与宫内膜息肉的发病有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of G protein coupled estrogen receptor (GPER) in endometrial polyps. Methods the tissues of 30 patients with endometrial polyps (polyp group), 30 cases of normal endometrium (normal group), 30 cases of peri-polyp (para-polyp group) and 30 cases of normal endometrium (normal group) were collected.
