自行注射过量甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠致严重毒副反应1例

【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,21岁,未婚,因躯干丘疹、红斑、口腔溃疡3天,于2016年12月1日入我院皮肤科。入院前10天患者因"停经50~+天",于当地医院行妇科彩超、血β-HCG检查,诊断为"异位妊娠"。入院前6天自行注射"甲氨蝶呤50 mg/d",连续3天。此后出现少量阴道流血,有轻度腹痛,无恶心、呕吐等不适。自诉入院前3天躯干、下腹部出现大小不等丘疹、红斑,口腔溃疡
[Abstract]:One case reported, 21 years old, unmarried, due to trunk papules, erythema, oral ulcer 3 days, admitted to the dermatology department of our hospital on December 1, 2016. Ten days before admission, the patient was diagnosed as "ectopic pregnancy" by gynecological ultrasound and blood 尾-HCG examination due to "menopause 50-day". Six days before admission, methotrexate (MTX) 50 mg/d was injected automatically for 3 consecutive days. After that, a small amount of vaginal bleeding, with mild abdominal pain, no nausea, vomiting and other discomfort. Three days before admission, the lower abdomen showed uneven papules, erythema and oral ulcers.
