达英-35、芬吗通对过期流产子宫内膜修复作用的研究

【摘要】：目的探讨达英-35、芬吗通对过期流产后子宫内膜修复作用。方法选取在本院行药流+清宫术的过期流产患者150例，随机分为三组，每组50例。达英-35组：于药流+清宫术后第1天开始口服达英-35，每天1片，连服21天为一个周期。芬吗通组：于药流+清宫术后第1天开始口服芬吗通，每天1片，连服28天为一个周期。对照组：于药流+清宫术后不用任何子宫内膜修复药物。三组均于术后开始口服抗生素预防感染与宫缩剂止血(口服7天)。观察三组阴道出血量及持续时间，超声评价宫内状况和子宫内膜恢复情况。结果1、达英-35组、芬吗通组阴道出血量及持续时间、子宫腔内状况、子宫内膜恢复情况均优于对照组(P0.05)；2、达英-35组阴道出血时间比芬吗通组缩短，两组差异有统计学意义（P㩳0.05）；3、达英-35组、芬吗通组对月经周期恢复，下次经期经量改善情况均优于对照组(P0.05)；4、达英-35组、芬吗通组促进子宫内膜增长优于对照组(P0.05)。5、口服达英-35、芬吗通组的不适情况，差异无显著意义(P0.05)。结论1、过期流产药流+清宫术后使用达英-35或芬吗通能明显减少术后阴道出血量，缩短阴道出血持续时间。2、达英-35、芬吗通对月经周期恢复、下次月经经期及经量均有明显改善。3、达英-35、芬吗通能促进子宫内膜增长，使子宫内膜迅速修复。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Daying-35 and Finodong on endometrial repair after delayed abortion. Methods 150 patients with delayed abortion were randomly divided into three groups with 50 cases in each group. Daying-35 group: from the first day after abortion, Diane-35 was taken orally, one tablet a day, 21 days as a cycle. Phenolactone group: oral administration of phenolactone on the 1st day after operation, 1 tablet per day, 28 days as a cycle. Control group: no endometrial repair drugs were used after operation. All three groups began to take antibiotics to prevent infection and hemostasis with uterine contractions (oral for 7 days). The volume and duration of vaginal bleeding in three groups were observed, and the intrauterine condition and endometrial recovery were evaluated by ultrasound. Results (1) the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding, the condition of uterine cavity and the recovery of endometrium in Daying-35 group and Fematong group were better than those in control group (P0.05). 2. The time of vaginal bleeding in Daying-35 group was shorter than that in morphine group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). 3, Daying-35 group, Femaotong group on the recovery of menstrual cycle, the next menstrual improvement was better than the control group (P0.05); 4, Dian Ying-35 group, Fenmaotong group promoted endometrial growth better than the control group (P0.05). 5, oral administration of Daying-35, Fenmaotong group of discomfort, there was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion (1) Dein-35 or Fentong can significantly reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding. 2, Diane-35, Fentong can recover the menstrual cycle, and the vaginal bleeding duration can be shortened. 2, D-35, Fen-Moutong can recover the menstrual cycle. 2. The next menstrual period and menstrual volume have been improved obviously. 3, reach Ying-35, Fentong can promote endometrial growth, make endometrium repair quickly.
