深圳市观澜地区人乳头瘤病毒感染亚型分析

【摘要】：目的了解深圳市观澜地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染率、感染亚型和年龄分布特点。方法用分子导流杂交技术对就诊的16 765名女性行HPV亚型检测,并对各个年龄段的感染情况进行分析。结果 16765例样本中,检测到感染HPV的共4 615例,阳性率为27.53%,其中高危型3 434例(20.48%);低危型1 181例(7.04%);在28种HPV亚型感染中,HPV-52亚型感染率最高(3.95%),其次为HPV-16(2.75%),再次为HPV-58(2.32%)。年龄分布以≤20岁感染率最高(36.09%),其次为≥60岁(25.18%),不同年龄段感染率差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论深圳市观澜地区HPV感染率高,以HPV-52、16、58亚型为主;感染年龄段以20岁以下最高,60岁以上次之。需进一步对HPV-52、58亚型进行调查和研究;并加强年轻女性和绝经后期HPV感染的监测力度,做好防癌工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence, subtype and age distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women in Guantan district of Shenzhen. Methods 16 765 women were tested for HPV subtype by molecular diversion hybridization and the infection status of each age group was analyzed. Results among the 16765 samples, 4615 cases (27.53%) were positive for HPV infection, including 3 434 cases (20.48%) of high risk type, 1 181 cases (7.04%) of low risk type, and 3 434 cases (20.48%) of high risk type, 1 181 cases (7.04%) of low risk type. Among 28 subtypes of HPV infection, the infection rate of HPV-52 subtype was the highest (3.95%), followed by HPV-16 (2.75%) and HPV-58 (2.32%).
