胎盘血栓形成并发胎儿生长受限1例报告并文献复习

【摘要】：目的:探讨胎盘血栓形成并发胎儿生长受限(FGR)的临床特点,分析总结其诊断及治疗方法。方法:结合文献复习,回顾性分析1例胎盘血栓形成并发FGR患者的临床资料。患者于孕32 1/7周因发现胎盘血窦1个月入院,超声检查提示FGR,病程中给予患者间断低流量吸氧、静脉输注氨基酸和葡萄糖等营养支持治疗。结果:患者于孕35 2/7周行剖宫产术,分娩一女性活婴,体质量1 280g,身长32cm,胎盘母体面见多个血窦,最大直径为3~4cm,胎盘肥厚,质量540g。术后转新生儿科,跟踪随访1个月,新生儿可以自主进食,检测未见明显异常,新生儿好转出院。结论:胎盘血栓形成及并发FGR临床常见,其严重危害新生儿健康;早期诊断及合理治疗可以改善妊娠结局。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical features of placental thrombosis complicated with fetal growth restriction (FGR) and to analyze and summarize its diagnosis and treatment. Methods: the clinical data of 1 case of placental thrombosis complicated with FGR were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were admitted to hospital at 321 to 7 weeks of gestation due to the discovery of placental sinus. Ultrasound examination showed that the patients were given intermittent low-flow oxygen inhalation, intravenous infusion of amino acids and glucose during the course of FGR,. Results: the patient underwent cesarean section at 352 to 7 weeks of gestation. She gave birth to a live baby with body mass of 1 280 g, body length of 32 cm and multiple blood sinuses in the face of placenta. The largest diameter was 3? 4 cm. The placenta was hypertrophic and weighed 540 g 路L-1. After operation, neonatal paediatrics, follow-up and follow-up for 1 month, newborn can eat autonomously, test no obvious abnormality, newborn improved and discharged. Conclusion: placental thrombosis and FGR are common in clinic, which seriously endanger the health of newborn, early diagnosis and reasonable treatment can improve pregnancy outcome.
