神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症的效果观察

【摘要】：目的比较法国PHENIX系列神经肌肉刺激治疗仪PHENIX-8PLUS与PHENIX-U8治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症的效果。方法收集生育期单纯性薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者200例,随机分为观察组与对照组各100例,观察组予PHENIX-8PLUS治疗,对照组采用PHENIX-U8治疗。治疗2个疗程后观察治疗前后子宫内膜血流及厚度变化和受孕率。结果观察组于月经第9天开始子宫内膜增殖明显,内膜增厚,月经第10天开始子宫内膜血流灌流增多,特别是舒张期血流丰富,呈高振幅连续波形,多普勒测量RI值明显下降,RI值与子宫内膜厚度呈负相关(|r|≥0.5)。两组治疗后子宫内膜血流及厚度比较差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05),观察组受孕42例,已足月分娩24例,受孕率42%;对照组受孕27例,已足月分娩13例,受孕率27%;两组受孕率比较,P0.05。结论 PHENIX-8PLUS治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症的效果优于PHENIX-U8。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of French PHENIX series neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument PHENIX-8PLUS and PHENIX-U8 in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility. Methods 200 cases of simple thin endometrial infertility in reproductive period were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with PHENIX-8PLUS and the control group was treated with PHENIX-U8. After 2 courses of treatment, the changes of endometrial blood flow and thickness and pregnancy rate were observed before and after treatment. Results in the observation group, endometrial proliferation and intimal thickening began on the 9th day of menstruation, and endometrial perfusion increased on the 10th day of menstruation, especially in diastolic phase, showing a high amplitude continuous waveform, and the RI value was significantly decreased by Doppler measurement. The endometrial blood flow in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was a negative correlation between RI and endometrial thickness (| r | 鈮，
