中国人群HLA-DRB1基因多态性与宫颈癌易感性的Meta分析
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of human leukocyte antigen-DRB1 gene and the risk of cervical cancer by Meta analysis. Methods by searching the full-text database of Chinese academic journals, (VIP), Wanfang data, PubMed.Elsevier.Springer Link database and oral Cochrane Library database, using the keywords or subject words "cervical cancer" and "alleles", (CNKI), Wafang data, PubMed.Elsevier.Springer Link database and oral Cochrane Library database were used. "genetic polymorphism", "human leukocyte antigen", The 'HLA-DRB' search for Chinese and English literature on the relationship between human leukocyte antigen (HLA-DRB1) gene polymorphism and susceptibility to cervical cancer published in May 2013 from the establishment of databases to the publication of a case-control study on the association of human leukocyte antigen (HLA-DRB1) gene polymorphisms with susceptibility to cervical cancer Comprehensive retrieval of relevant literature and elimination of non-compliant literature, finally included in 12. RevMan5.0 was used to test the heterogeneity of the research results and to combine the effect values. The OR value and its 95%CI were selected as the index of Meta analysis. If the independent research results are homogeneous, the fixed effect model (F), is used instead, the random model (R), is used to analyze the bias of publication with Stata10.0 software Begg's test and Egger's test. Results compared with the control group, the allele HLA-DRB1*03,HLA-DRB1*08 and HLA-DRB1*12 were the protective genes of cervical cancer in Chinese population (P0.05), and the allele HLA-DRB1*10. was the same as that of the control group. HLA-DRB1*14.HLA-DRBl*15.HLA-DRBl*0301.HLA-DRB1*0403.HLA-DRB1*0404. HLA-DRB1*0803.HLA-DRB1*1312 and HLA-DRB1*1502 were risk genes for cervical cancer in Chinese population (P0.05). Conclusion the results of Meta analysis showed that the polymorphism of HLA-DRB1 gene was associated with the susceptibility to cervical cancer in Chinese population.
