复发性流产的男方因素与对策

【摘要】：复发性流产的病因复杂,其中的男方因素不容忽视,主要包括遗传因素、免疫因素、感染因素、精子质量和其他因素。有复发性流产史的夫妇,应对男方进行相应的病因学筛查,包括一般检查和遗传学、免疫学、感染学检查。针对病因,给予对应的遗传咨询、免疫治疗、中药治疗和其他干预措施,有可能改善妊娠结局。
[Abstract]:The causes of recurrent abortion are complicated. The male factors can not be ignored, including genetic factors, immune factors, infection factors, sperm quality and other factors. Couples with a history of recurrent abortion should perform etiological screening, including general and genetic, immunological and infectious tests. It is possible to improve pregnancy outcome by giving corresponding genetic counseling, immunotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and other intervention measures to cause the disease.
