益气活血解毒方对晚期卵巢癌患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨益气活血解毒方对晚期卵巢癌患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法 50例晚期卵巢癌患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各25例。两组均接受紫杉醇联合顺铂(TP)化疗方案治疗,试验组在此基础上给予益气活血解毒方治疗,连续治疗28 d。检测并比较两组治疗前后血清CD4~+CD25~+、CD8~+CD28-及CD8~+CD28~+的水平。评价并比较两组治疗后卡氏评分(KPS)和生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后两组血清CD4~+CD25~+、CD8~+CD28-水平明显降低,血清CD8~+CD28~+水平明显升高(P0.05),且试验组改善明显优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后两组KPS评分均明显高于治疗前,且试验组明显高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后试验组生活质量改善率明显高于对照组(χ2=4.500,P=0.034)。结论益气活血解毒方能够明显改善行TP化疗方案后的晚期卵巢癌患者的免疫功能和生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue jiedu recipe on immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Methods Fifty patients with advanced ovarian cancer were randomly divided into control group (n = 25) and experimental group (n = 25). Both groups were treated with paclitaxel combined with (TP) chemotherapy regimen. On this basis, the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue jiedu recipe for 28 days. The levels of serum CD4~ CD25~, CD8~ CD28- and CD8~ CD28~ were measured and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. To evaluate and compare the improvement of (KPS) and quality of life (QOL) after treatment in the two groups. Results after treatment, the levels of serum CD4~ CD25~ and CD8~ CD28- were significantly decreased and the levels of serum CD8~ CD28~ were significantly increased in the two groups (P 0.05), and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the KPS score of both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the test group was significantly higher than the control group (P 0.05).
