香烟烟雾诱导下的自噬对卵泡发育的影响

【摘要】：吸烟是一种不良的生活习惯,全球大约有2.5亿的女性吸烟,但大多数吸烟女性并没有意识到吸烟对卵巢功能和生育力的影响。长期接触香烟烟雾可以减少原始卵泡和生长发育阶段卵泡的数量,使卵巢卵泡储存量下降和卵巢功能减弱,致使女性生育力下降,并提早进入更年期。香烟烟雾可以诱导自噬的发生,并且自噬是香烟烟雾诱导卵巢卵泡丢失的关键原因,调节自噬过程可能成为控制香烟烟雾所致卵巢早衰的潜在治疗方法。
[Abstract]:Smoking is a bad habit, about 250 million of the world's women smoke, but most smoking women are not aware of the impact of smoking on ovarian function and fertility. Long-term exposure to cigarette smoke can reduce the number of primordial follicles and follicles during growth and development, decrease the storage of ovarian follicles and weaken ovarian function, resulting in the decrease of fertility of women and enter the menopausal period early. Cigarette smoke can induce autophagy, and autophagy is the key cause of ovarian follicular loss induced by cigarette smoke. Regulating autophagy process may be a potential treatment to control premature ovarian failure caused by cigarette smoke.
