【摘要】：正患者,28岁,因贫血3~+年,胚胎停育伴凝血功能异常,于2017年2月6日入院。3~+年前因血红蛋白低伴铁蛋白低外院诊断缺铁性贫血,予间断口服多糖铁复合物治疗至今。治疗期间血红蛋白和铁蛋白有所增加,停药或每次月经结束后血红蛋白和铁蛋白指标下降。1~-年前华西医院检查发现凝血因子异常:血浆因子Ⅷ凝血活性(FⅧ:C)0.543(参考值:0.60~
