液桥试验联合腹压漏尿点压对女性压力性尿失禁评估的价值

【摘要】：目的:探讨液桥试验联合腹压漏尿点压(LPP)诊断女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)及判断尿道功能的价值。方法:选取临床诊断为SUI的女性患者50例和对照35例,进行液桥试验和LPP测定,记录膀胱与尿道压力升高幅度的差值(ΔP)。结果:液桥试验阳性44例,其中LPP分型Ⅰ型11例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅱ/Ⅲ型9例,Ⅲ型12例。液桥试验诊断SUI的灵敏度为0.88,特异度为0.94;液桥试验联合LPP诊断SUI的灵敏度为0.94,特异度为0.97。Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅱ/Ⅲ型、Ⅲ型组ΔP逐渐增大(P0.05)。结论:液桥试验联合LPP可成为诊断SUI并判断下尿路功能的有效手段。
