β-catenin及ABCG-2在子宫肉瘤组织中的表达及其意义

【摘要】:目的:比较β-catenin蛋白及ABCG-2蛋白在子宫肉瘤组织及子宫肌瘤、正常子宫肌层中的表达,探讨β-catenin蛋白及ABCG-2蛋白在子宫肉瘤发病机制中的作用。 方法:采用免疫组化SP二步法检测β-catenin蛋白及ABCG-2蛋白在90例子宫肉瘤中的表达,比较不同病理类型子宫肉瘤,不同恶性程度以及不同临床分期的子宫肉瘤之间的表达差异。并对二者的蛋白表达量进行相关性分析。 结果:1.β-catenin蛋白、ABCG-2蛋白在子宫肉瘤中阳性表达率分别为87%、82%,表达水平分别为(4.9±2.86)、(3.84±2.58);在子宫平滑肌瘤细胞中的阳性表达率分别为3.3%、6.7%,表达水平为(0.20±0.81)、(0.201±0.81);正常子宫平滑肌组织中阳性表达率3.3%、3.3%,表达水平为(0.067±0.305)、(0.07±0.305)。二者在子宫肉瘤组织中阳性表达率明显高于在子宫平滑肌瘤组织及正常子宫平滑肌组织中的阳性表达率,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而二者在子宫平滑肌瘤组织及正常子宫平滑肌组织中的阳性表达率之间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。 2.在β-catenin蛋白、ABCG-2蛋白在子宫平滑肌肉瘤阳性表达率分别为87%、83%,表达水平分别为(4.93±2.86)、(3.6±2.12);子宫内膜间质肉瘤中的阳性表达率分别为80%、77%,表达水平分别为(4.80±3.30)、(3.2±2.13);在子宫癌肉瘤中阳性表达率分别93%、87%,表达水平分别为(4.67±2.70)、(4.7±3.17)。二者在子宫平滑肌肉瘤组织中阳性表达率与子宫内膜间质肉瘤及子宫癌肉瘤组织中的阳性表达率,两两相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。 3. β-catenin蛋白、ABCG-2蛋白在Ⅰ-Ⅱ期子宫肉瘤阳性表达率分别为74%,65%,表达水平分别为(3.28±0.20)、(2.94±0.47);在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期子宫肉瘤阳性表达率分别为98%、93%,表达水平分别为(7.15±0.21)、(4.39±0.32);在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期子宫肉瘤组中阳性表达率明显高于在Ⅰ-Ⅱ期子宫肉瘤组中阳性表达率,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 4.高度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤的阳性表达率为91%,表达水平为(6.91±0.78)。 结论: 1. β-catenin蛋白、ABCG2蛋白在子宫肉瘤中的高表达提示二者在子宫肉瘤的发生发展中可能起重要作用。 2. β-catenin蛋白、ABCG2蛋白在各类型子宫肉瘤和子宫低度和高度恶性内膜间质肉瘤中的表达无统计学差异,提示β-catenin蛋白、ABCG2蛋白与子宫肉瘤病理类型和恶性程度无明显关系。 3. β-catenin蛋白、ABCG2蛋白在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期子宫肉瘤中的表达明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期,提示二者与子宫肉瘤的病情严重程度有关。 4. β-catenin蛋白及ABCG2蛋白表达在子宫肉瘤中成正相关,提示二者可能协同促进子宫肉瘤的发生发展。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the expression of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in uterine sarcomas, uterine fibroids and normal myocytes, and to explore the role of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in the pathogenesis of uterine sarcomas. Methods: the expression of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in 90 cases of uterine sarcomas was detected by immunohistochemical SP two-step method. The expression of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in different pathological types of uterine sarcomas, different malignant degrees and different clinical stages of uterine sarcomas was compared. The correlation between the protein expression of the two proteins was analyzed. Results: 1. The positive expression rates of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in uterine sarcomas were 87% and 82%, respectively, and the expression levels were (4.9 卤2.86), (3.84 卤2.58), 3.3%, 6.7% and (0. 20 卤0. 81), (0.201 卤0. 81), respectively. The positive expression rate was 3.3% and 3.3% in normal uterine smooth muscle tissues, and the expression level was (0.067 卤0.305), (0.07 卤0.305). The positive expression rate of the two groups in uterine leiomyoma and normal uterine smooth muscle tissue was significantly higher than that in uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal uterine smooth muscle tissue (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal uterine smooth muscle tissue (P 0.05). two銆,
