新辅助顺铂腹腔热灌注化疗治疗老年晚期卵巢癌的疗效

【摘要】：目的探讨腹腔热灌注顺铂治疗老年晚期卵巢癌的临床效果。方法 80例患者分为两组,各40例,均使用紫杉醇。对照组联合顺铂静注,观察组联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗,比较两组治疗过程中CA125水平变化,统计并发症发生率及2年生存率。结果治疗后1个周期开始,观察组CA125水平显著低于对照组(P0.05),观察组发生肾功能损伤和骨髓抑制的比例显著低于对照组(P0.05),观察组1年及2年生存率均显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论腹腔热灌注顺铂能显著提高患者生存率,减少不良反应。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intraperitoneal heat perfusion of cisplatin on advanced ovarian cancer in the elderly. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups(40 cases each). In the control group, combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal perfusion, CA125 level changes in the two groups were compared. Results The CA125 level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Abdominal thermoperfusion of cisplatin can significantly improve survival and reduce adverse reactions.
