【摘要】：正子宫苗勒腺肉瘤(AS)又称子宫腺肉瘤,是由Clement等〔1〕于1974年首次报道的一种低度恶性混合性肿瘤,大约占子宫肉瘤的8%〔2〕,发病率极低,但预后良好,目前对其治疗方案仍存在很多争议。1临床资料患者,女,61岁,因下腹部不适半年,发现子宫肿物1 w于2014年6月3日入院。既往:G5P2A3,曾经有痛经病史,并进行加重。妇科检查:子宫前位、增大,约10×9 cm,质硬,活动度
