【摘要】：正绝经激素治疗(MHT)是一种医疗措施,并非保健措施,有它的适应证和禁忌证。随着有关研究的不断深入,对MHT的适应证及禁忌证的认识不断更新及完善,本文将解析其禁忌证,以帮助临床医生在MHT临床实践中作出正确的抉择。1已知或怀疑妊娠胚胎着床后至妊娠12周,是胚胎各器官高度分化、迅速发育的敏感时期,此时如孕妇用药不当,可影响胎儿细胞的正常分化。妊娠早期第7~8周开始,
[Abstract]:Orthopedic hormone treatment of (MHT) is a medical measure, not a health care measure, there are its indications and contraindications. With the deepening of related research and the continuous updating and improvement of the indications and contraindications of MHT, this paper will analyze the contraindications in order to help clinicians make the correct choice in the clinical practice of MHT. 1 it is known or suspected that the period from implantation of pregnant embryo to 12 weeks of pregnancy is a sensitive period of highly differentiated and rapid development of various organs of embryo.
