医院感染管理持续性质量改进对剖宫产术后感染的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨医院感染管理持续性质量改进对剖宫产术后感染的影响,以降低剖宫产感染率。方法分别选择2013、2014年在医院就诊的行剖宫产术产妇4 000例,将2013年2 000例产妇作为对照组,2014年2 000例产妇作为研究组,对照组产妇采用常规医院感染管理制度,研究组产妇则采用持续性质量改进后的医院感染管理方法,观察住院期间两组产妇的感染情况。结果产妇术后感染率研究组为1.65%,对照组为2.80%,研究组产妇的术后感染率明显低于对照组产妇;研究组医护人员的干预业务水平得分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论医院感染管理持续性质量改进不仅可以降低产妇的剖宫产术后感染率,同时还能提高医务人员的业务水平,增加产妇满意度,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement of hospital infection management on postoperative infection after cesarean section in order to reduce the infection rate of cesarean section. Methods 4000 parturients undergoing cesarean section in hospital in 2013 and 2014 were selected. 2000 parturients in 2013 were used as control group and 2000 parturients in 2014 as study group. The control group adopted the routine hospital infection management system, while the study group adopted the method of hospital infection management after continuous quality improvement, and observed the infection situation of the two groups during hospitalization. Results the postoperative infection rate of parturients was 1.65% in the study group and 2.80% in the control group. The postoperative infection rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the intervention level of the medical and nursing staff in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the continuous quality improvement of hospital infection management can not only reduce the infection rate of parturients after cesarean section, but also improve the professional level of medical staff and increase the satisfaction of parturients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
