米索前列醇直肠用药联合催产素预防剖宫产术后出血的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨米索前列醇直肠用药联合催产素对剖宫产术后出血的疗效。方法选取2012年3月~2013年3月来我院进行剖宫产分娩的产妇180例,将其分为观察组和对照组,各90例。对照组给予催产素治疗,观察组在催产素基础上再给予米索前列醇直肠给药。记录和观察两组患者不同时间的出血量、第三产程时间、产妇手术后恢复时间及新生儿情况。结果两组患者手术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);对照组手术后2 h及24 h的出血量、第三产程时间明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);两组产妇手术后恢复时间及新生儿情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在产妇实施剖宫产手术时运用米索前列醇直肠用药联合催产素对预防手术后出血情况的疗效良好,值得临床推广与使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin on bleeding after cesarean section. Methods 180 parturients undergoing cesarean section from March 2012 to March 2013 were divided into observation group (n = 90) and control group (n = 90). The control group was treated with oxytocin, and the observation group was treated with misoprostol rectum on the basis of oxytocin. The blood loss, the third stage of labor, the recovery time after operation and the neonatal condition were recorded and observed in the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in the amount of blood loss between the two groups (P 0.05). The bleeding volume and the third stage of labor time in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group at 2 h and 24 h after operation (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in the recovery time and neonatal situation between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Misoprostol combined with oxytocin is effective in preventing postoperative bleeding in parturients undergoing cesarean section, and it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
