子宫内膜异位性疾病患者子宫内膜组织EGFR和EMT相关蛋白表达及意义

【摘要】:目的检测子宫内膜异位性疾病患者子宫内膜组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和上皮间质转化相关蛋白钙黏附蛋白E(E-cadherin)、波形蛋白(vimentin)及snail的表达,探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测23例子宫腺肌病患者的在位及异位内膜组织(腺肌病在位组及异位组)、19例子宫内膜异位症患者的异位内膜组织(异位症组)、20例子宫肌瘤患者的正常内膜组织(对照组)EGFR、snail、E-cadherin、vimentin表达,分析异位子宫内膜组织(异位症组及腺肌病异位组)E-cadherin和vimentin表达的相关性。结果异位症组EGFR阳性表达率(10.52%)低于对照组(40.00%),腺肌病异位组(82.61%)、在位组(56.52%)及异位症组(78.95%)内膜组织snail阳性表达率均高于对照组(55.00%),异位症组(15.79%)和腺肌病异位组(30.43%)内膜组织E-cadherin阳性表达率低于对照组(60.00%),异位症组(89.47%)及腺肌病异位组(86.96%)vimentin阳性表达率均高于对照组(65.00%);各组比较,P均0.05。异位子宫内膜组织(异位症组及腺肌病异位组)E-cadherin和vimentin表达呈负相关(r=-0.372,P0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位性疾病患者子宫内膜组织EGFR、E-cadherin表达下调,snail、vimentin表达上调,上述因子的表达变化可能参与子宫内膜异位性疾病的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and epithelial stroma transformation associated protein calcium adhesion protein E (E-cadherin), viritin (vimentin) and snail in patients with Endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of EGFR,snail,E-cadherin,vimentin in eutopic and ectopic intimal tissue of 23 patients with adenomyosis (adenomyosis group and ectopic group), ectopic intimal tissue of 19 patients with Endometriosis (ectopic group) and normal intimal tissue of 20 patients with uterine myoma (control group). To analyze the correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and vimentin in ectopic endometrium (ectopic group and adenomyosis group). Results the positive expression rate of EGFR in ectopic group (10.52%) was lower than that in control group (40.00%), adenomyosis ectopic group (82.61%), located group (56.52%) and ectopic group (78.95%). The positive expression rate of snail in intimal tissue of ectopic group was higher than that of control group (58.00%). The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in ectopic group (15.79%) and adenomyosis group (30.43%) was lower than that in control group (60.00%). The positive expression rate of vimentin in ectopic group (89.47%) and adenomyosis ectopic group (86.96%) was higher than that in control group (65.00%). P was 0.05 in all groups.
