不同年龄大鼠急性心肌梗死后早期胶原纤维变化与心功能的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨不同年龄大鼠急性心肌梗死后早期胶原纤维变化与心功能的关系。方法 SD大鼠共30只,分为幼年组(20~25日龄)、青年组(3~5月龄)和老年组(13~15月龄),每组10只,采用左冠状动脉结扎法制备急性心肌梗死模型,Visual Sonic小动物超声成像系统测定术后1周左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)和左室舒张/收缩末期内径(LVIDd,LVIDs)。石蜡切片行Masson染色,免疫组织化学检测梗死区Ⅰ型胶原纤维(COLⅠ)、Ⅲ型胶原纤维(COLⅢ)表达。结果随着年龄增长,梗死区域COLⅠ、COLⅢ表达逐渐增多,其间的心肌细胞逐渐减少;梗死后1周LVEF幼年组(59.63±3.21)%、青年组(41.46±4.16)%和老年组(39.38±2.60)%(P0.01)。结论急性心肌梗死后早期心功能的降低与梗死区胶原纤维的增多有关,且年龄越大越显著。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the changes of collagen fibers and cardiac function after acute myocardial infarction in rats of different ages. Methods Thirty SD rats were divided into two groups: young group (20 ~ 25 days old) and aged group (n = 13) and aged group (n = 10). Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVVEF), left ventricular short axis shortening rate (LVFSS) and left ventricular diastolic / end-systolic diameter (LVIDdN) were measured by visual Sonic small animal ultrasound imaging system in acute myocardial infarction model by left coronary artery ligation.
