【摘要】：正患者女,39岁,因"车祸后意识不清伴呕吐1 h余"于2015年4月10日急诊入黔南州人民医院。入院前1个多小时,因交通事故,患者左枕部着地,当即意识模糊,头部伤口出血,被送至当地医院进行头部伤口清创缝合。随后,患者意识障碍进行性加重,谵语,频繁呕吐,即转至我院治疗。入院时体格检查:体温37.0℃,脉搏104次/min,呼吸21次/min,
