慢加急性肝功能衰竭的诊治进展综述

　　<正>肝功能衰竭是临床常见的一组由多因素引起的严重肝脏损害,导致合成、解毒、代谢和生物转化等功能严重障碍或失代偿,出现以黄疸、腹水、凝血功能障碍、肝性脑病、肝肾综合征等为主要表现的严重临床症候群^[1～3]。基于病史、起病特点和病情进展速度,肝衰竭可分为4类:急性肝衰竭、亚急性肝衰竭、慢加急性（亚急性）肝衰竭[Acute（subacute）-onchronic liver failure,ACLF或SACLF]和慢性肝衰竭^[3]。其中ACLF是一种既往有慢性肝病史的患者合并短期内出现的急性肝功能恶化和肝脏及肝外器官衰竭的临床综合征,常伴随极高的短期死亡率(超
