【摘要】:传统的牙科修复树脂在光固化过程中产生体积收缩造成牙体与修复体间的缝隙(微渗漏),修复树脂的微渗漏与不具有抗菌性能是继发龋的主要原因。超支化聚合物因为其高度支化的三维结构,用于减少牙科修复树脂聚合收缩具有很大的潜力。膨胀单体也因为其开环聚合具有体积膨胀效应,也被用于牙科修复树脂中。可以作为填料用的纳米金刚石(ND)其表面含有大量的活性基团,对其进行表面修饰后的产物加入到修复树脂中可以同时增加其机械性能和抗菌性能。本文通过“准一步法”合成末端含有7个双键,6个丙基,3个羟基的Boltorn型可聚合超支化聚酯(GHBP3)和膨胀单体3,9-二乙基-3,9-丙烯氧甲基-1,5,7,11-四氧螺杂[5,5]十一烷(BAOM)。利用FT-IR、1H-NMR及13C-NMR对HBP、GHBP3、BAOM进行表征,并测得HBP支化度。将上述BAOM与3,4-环氧环己基甲基-3,4-环氧环己基甲酸酯按质量比1:1混合(BAOM-EE),加之GHBP3、Bis-GMA以不同比例混合后固化,测定其双键转化率,收缩率,吸水率,亲水性,综合评价其性能。亲水性和吸水率均满足基本要求,根据双键转化率和收缩率的情况,最终选择比例为30%BAOM-EE, 25%GHBP3,45%Bis-GMA的树脂体系。以纳米金刚石(ND)、3-溴丙基三甲氧基硅烷、聚乙烯基吡啶、溴代正己烷和KPF6为原料合成季铵盐修饰的改性纳米金刚石ND-Q6PF6。利用FT-IR和1H-NMR对其进行表征。并考察其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果(最小抑菌浓度MIC值和最小杀菌浓度MBC值),其对大肠杆菌的MIC和MBC值分别为62.5μg/mL、125μg/mL,具有很好杀菌效果。将ND-Q6PF6以不同比例加入到最佳比例的树脂中进行固化,并测定其收缩率,双键转化率,亲水性,抗菌性能以及其在树脂片中的分散情况,实验结果得出ND-Q6PF6的质量含量在1%以下时分散性较好,同时具有良好的抗菌性能。
[Abstract]:The volume contraction of traditional dental restorative resin in the process of light curing results in the gap (microleakage) between the tooth and the prosthesis. The microleakage and non-antibacterial properties of the repair resin were the main causes of secondary caries. The hyperbranched polymer was due to its highly branched three-dimensional structure. It has great potential to reduce the shrinkage of dental repair resin polymerization. Expansion monomer also has volume expansion effect because of its ring-opening polymerization. It is also used in dental restorative resins. Nanocrystalline diamond (NDN), which can be used as filler, contains a large number of active groups on its surface. The addition of the surface modified product to the repair resin can increase both its mechanical and antibacterial properties. In this paper, seven double bonds and six propyl groups were synthesized by "quasi one step" method. Three hydroxyl Boltorn Polymeric Hyperbranched Polyester (GHBP3) and expansion Monomer 3O9- diethyl-3-Propylene Methyl Methyl -1Con 711- Tetraoxomethoxy Spiro. [5 ~ (5) undecane BAOMC.FT-IRN ~ (1H-NMR) and ~ (13) C-NMR were used to characterize HBP- GHBP3BOM. The HBP branching degree was measured. The above BAOM was mixed with 3N 4-epoxy-cyclohexyl methyl-3-epoxycyclohexyl 4-epoxy-cyclohexyl formate at mass ratio of 1: 1, BAOM-EEN, plus GHBP3. The Bis-GMA was cured with different proportion. The conversion of double bond, shrinkage, water absorption and hydrophilicity were measured. The properties of Bis-GMA were evaluated synthetically. The hydrophilicity and water absorption met the basic requirements. According to the double bond conversion and shrinkage, the resin system with the ratio of 30OM-EE and 25GHBP345Bis-GMA was selected. 3-bromopropyl trimethoxy silane, polyvinylpyridine. Modified nanocrystalline diamond ND-Q6PF6 modified by quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized from brominated n-hexane and KPF6. It was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. Escherichia coli and golden yellow were also investigated. Antibacterial effect of Staphylococcus chromostaphylococcus (. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC). The values of MIC and MBC for Escherichia coli were 62.5 渭 g / mL and 125 渭 g / mL, respectively. ND-Q6PF6 was added to the resin in different proportion to cure, and its shrinkage, double bond conversion and hydrophilicity were measured. The results showed that the dispersity of ND-Q6PF6 was better when the mass content of ND-Q6PF6 was below 1%, and it also had good antibacterial property.
