牙根尖周区病变的影像学诊断之惑与鉴别之道

【摘要】：根尖周区病变可能由牙髓源性感染所引起,也可能为非牙髓源性造成。非牙髓源性病变如果出现在牙髓坏死或曾行根管治疗的患牙根尖周时,很可能导致误诊误治甚至耽误病情。本文对可能出现在牙齿根尖周区透射影病变的影像诊断及其鉴别诊断进行了系统总结,为临床诊治提供参考。
[Abstract]:Periapical lesions may be caused by dental infection, may also cause non pulpal origin. Non dental pulp derived lesions if appear in pulp necrosis or periapical tube had Hanggen treatment, is likely to lead to misdiagnosis or delay the disease. This may occur in the imaging diagnosis of periapical teeth the shadow area transmission and differential diagnosis of lesions are summarized, which provide reference for the clinical diagnosis.
