三种脱敏剂对黏结剂黏结强度的影响

【摘要】:目的:研究劲润牙本质保护膜(Hybrid Coat)、多功能纳米黏结剂(PrimeBond NT)、脱敏牙膏对玻璃离子水门汀(glass ionomer cement,GIC)、聚羧酸锌水门汀(polycarboxylat cement,PCC)和树脂黏结剂(resin cement,RC)的黏结剪切强度的影响,为临床操作提供参考。方法:96个离体前磨牙样本预备至暴露牙本质,随机分为GIC组、PCC组和RC组,每组根据脱敏剂不同又分为对照组、Hybrid Coat组、PrimeBond NT组、脱敏牙膏组,共12组,每组8个样本,将钴铬合金黏结接头黏结到经脱敏剂处理的样本表面,在万能试验机上测试样本的黏结剪切强度并记录离断类型。所得剪切强度进行单因素方差分析。结果:与对照组、PrimeBond NT组、脱敏牙膏组比较,Hybrid Coat组能显著增加GIC的黏结力(P0.05);与对照组、脱敏牙膏组相比较,PrimeBond NT组能显著降低PCC的黏结剪切强度(P0.05);与对照组、Hybrid Coat组、PrimeBond NT组相比较,脱敏牙膏组显著增加了PCC和RC的黏结剪切强度(P0.05)。结论:用GIC黏结修复体,宜选用Hybrid Coat脱敏处理;用PCC黏结修复体,应避免与PrimeBond NT配伍;用RC黏结修复体,可选用高露洁专效抗敏牙膏。本实验选用的三种黏结剂中,GIC的黏结剪切强度最低,RC的黏结剪切强度最高。
[Abstract]:To provide reference for clinical operation.Methods: 96 samples of isolated premolars were randomly divided into GIC group and RC group. According to the different desensitizers, each group was divided into three groups: hybrid Coat group (n = 12) and desensitized toothpaste group (n = 12).Co-Cr alloy bonding joint was bonded to the surface of the sample treated with desensitizer. The shear strength of the specimen was tested on a universal testing machine and the type of breakage was recorded.The shear strength was analyzed by single factor ANOVA.Results: compared with the control group, the desensitized toothpaste group could significantly increase the adhesion strength of GIC in the hybrid Coat group, the desensitized toothpaste group significantly decreased the shear strength of PCC compared with the control group, and compared with the control group, the P0.05T group of the hybrid Coat group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and compared with the control group, the P0.05 group of the desensitized toothpaste group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and compared with the control group, the P0.05 group was significantly lower than the control group.The adhesive shear strength of PCC and RC was significantly increased in desensitized toothpaste group (P 0.05).Conclusion: Hybrid Coat desensitization should be used for GIC bonding prosthesis, PrimeBond NT should be avoided for PCC bonding prosthesis, and Colgate special anti-sensitive toothpaste should be used for RC bonding prosthesis.The bond shear strength of GIC is the lowest and the bond shear strength of RC is the highest.
