一种口腔印模专用消毒剂对乙肝病毒活性及免疫原性的影响

【摘要】:目的观察以一种主要成分为苄索氯铵和异丙醇的口腔印模专用消毒剂对口腔印模表面乙肝病毒活性及免疫原性的影响。方法使用消毒液对HBV污染的口腔印模进行喷雾消毒,检测HBs Ag含量和HBV-DNA含量,评价消毒效果;检测消毒前后HBV在体外诱导淋巴细胞分泌IFN-γ和IL-2含量,评价对HBV免疫能力的影响。结果喷雾消毒3 min和15 min,对HBs Ag和HBV-DNA的灭活效果明显高于消毒1 min组,灭活率分别为(98.8±1.2)%、(98.9±1.1)%和(99.3±1.1)%、(99.4±1.3)%。消毒3 min和15 min HBV诱导淋巴细胞IFN-γ相对表达量明显高于空白对照和未消毒组;与空白细胞组比较,未消毒组HBV诱导淋巴细胞IL-2相对表达量明显增加,而各消毒组的IL-2相对表达量未发生显著变化。结论该消毒剂喷涂口腔印模时,对HBV的最佳消毒时间为3 min。此时HBV仍然保持较强的免疫原性,能够诱导淋巴细胞IFN-γ表达水平上调,对IL-2表达水平无影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of a special disinfectant with benzoxonium chloride and isopropanol on hepatitis B virus activity and immunogenicity on the surface of oral impression. Methods the disinfectant solution was used to disinfect the oral impression contaminated by HBV, to detect the content of HBs Ag and HBV-DNA, to evaluate the disinfection effect, to detect the content of IFN- 纬 and IL-2 in lymphocytes induced by HBV before and after disinfection, and to evaluate the effect on the immune ability of HBV. Results the inactivation of HBs Ag and HBV-DNA by spray disinfection for 3 min and 15 min was significantly higher than that in 1 min group, the inactivation rates were 98.8 卤1.2% and 99.3 卤1.1%, respectively. The relative expression of IFN- 纬 in lymphocytes induced by sterilizing 3 min and 15 min HBV was significantly higher than that of control group and unsterilized group, and the relative expression of IL-2 in lymphocytes induced by HBV in unsterilized group was significantly higher than that in control group and unsterilized group. However, there was no significant change in the relative expression of IL-2 in each disinfection group. Conclusion the best disinfection time of HBV is 3 min when the disinfectant is sprayed on oral impression. At the same time, HBV remained strong immunogenicity and could induce the up-regulation of IFN- 纬 expression in lymphocytes, but had no effect on the expression of IL-2.
