二氧化锆和钛愈合基台周围龈沟液中AST含量的比较研究

【摘要】：目的:比较分析二氧化锆和钛愈合基台对种植体周围龈沟液(peri-implnat crevicular fluid,PICF)的量及其中天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)水平的影响。方法:拔除3只Beagle犬双侧下颌第三、第四前磨牙和第一磨牙,拔牙创愈合后分别于每只犬每侧下颌各植入4枚埋入式种植体;2个月后,行二期手术,单侧随机接入2枚二氧化锆愈合基台和2枚钛愈合基台;2周后,记录临床牙龈指数(Gingival Index,GI),并采集PICF作为基线,同时对单侧种植体愈合基台的颈部进行丝线结扎,以诱导种植体周围炎;4周后,再次记录GI,检测PICF的分泌量及其中AST的水平。结果:结扎侧二氧化锆和钛愈合基台的GI均明显高于非结扎侧(P0.05),结扎侧的PICF分泌量均明显高于非结扎侧(P0.05),同侧内两基台组相比,PICF量无统计学差异(P0.05);PICF中AST含量无论是结扎侧还是对照侧,两种基台组间相比均无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:二氧化锆愈合基台与钛愈合基台引起的周围软组织反应相似。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the effects of zirconium dioxide and titanium healing base on the levels of peri-implnat crevicular fluidotransferase (AST) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in peri-implnat crevicular. Methods: the third, fourth and first mandibular molars were extracted from 3 Beagle dogs. After extraction, 4 implants were implanted into each mandible of each dog, and 2 months later, the second stage operation was performed. The clinical gingival index (Gingival index) was recorded and PICF was collected as the baseline after 2 weeks of random access to two zirconia healing bases and two titanium healing abutments, and the neck of the unilateral implant healing abutment was ligated with filaments. After induced periimplant inflammation for 4 weeks, GI was recorded again and the secretion of PICF and the level of AST were detected. Results: the GI of ligation side of zirconia and titanium healing base was significantly higher than that of non-ligated side of P0.05, and the secretion of PICF of ligation side was significantly higher than that of non-ligated side of P0.05. There was no significant difference in the content of AST in the same side of the two bases group. Is it the ligation side or the control side, There was no statistical difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: the peripheral soft tissue responses of zirconia healing base and titanium healing base are similar.
