固定正畸患者首次治疗后24h正畸疼痛评分与咬合功能相关性分析

【摘要】:目的探讨固定正畸患者首次治疗后24h正畸疼痛评分与咬合功能相关性。方法选取自愿受试者78例,统一采用MBT直丝弓矫治技术矫治,分别计测粘戴固定矫治器前(T0)与粘戴24h后(T1)静息牙痛视觉模拟评分(SO-VAS)和用力紧咬时的咬合牙痛视觉模拟评分(BO-VAS)、咀嚼效能(ME)、咀嚼次数(MT)、最大咬合力(MF)及咬合速率(SO),观察矫治前后上述指标变化并探讨指标间相关性。结果 (1)固定正畸24h后患者BO-VAS和SO-VAS均上升,且BO-VAS[(59.49±19.06)mm]明显高于SO-VAS[(23.21±20.80)mm]。固定矫治24h后,患者出现咬合功能障碍,表现为ME、MT、MF及SO与T0比较均降低(P0.05)。(2)BO-VAS与ME、MT、MF均呈负相关关系(P0.05)。SO-VAS与咬合功能障碍之间未表现相关关系。结论固定正畸后首日,咬合功能障碍分级与疼痛分级之间无明显量级对应关系,VAS分级尚不能完全代表咬合功能障碍等级,但用BO-VAS反映患者咬合功能障碍程度的可信度高于SO-VAS。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between orthodontic pain score and occlusal function 24 h after first treatment of fixed orthodontic patients. Methods 78 volunteers were treated with MBT straight wire appliance. The visual analogue score of resting toothache (SO-VAS-VASS) and the visual analogue score of occlusal pain (BO-VASA), masticatory efficiency, mastication times, maximum bite force (MFF) and occlusal rate (so) were measured before and 24 hours after adhesive wear respectively, and the occlusal pain visual analogue score (BO-VAS-VAS-VASA) and the occlusal rate (MFM) and occlusal rate (MFM) were measured, respectively. To observe the changes of the above indexes before and after treatment and to explore the correlation between them. Results (1) after 24 hours of fixed orthodontic treatment, both BO-VAS and SO-VAS increased, and BO-VAS [59.49 卤19.06)mm] was significantly higher than SO-VAS [23.21 卤20.80)mm]. After 24 hours of fixation, the occlusal dysfunction appeared in the patients, which showed that there was a negative correlation between MEG MTMF and so compared with T0. There was a negative correlation between MEG MTMF and MEA MTMF. There was no significant correlation between MEM MTMF and MEP 0.05. SO-VAS was not correlated with occlusal dysfunction. Conclusion on the first day after fixed orthodontic treatment, there is no significant correlation between the grade of occlusal dysfunction and the grade of pain. The grade of VAS does not fully represent the grade of occlusal dysfunction, but the reliability of using BO-VAS to reflect the degree of occlusal dysfunction is higher than that of SO-VASS.
