奥敏清牙齿脱敏剂治疗婴幼儿牙浅龋的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:评价奥敏清牙齿脱敏剂治疗婴幼儿浅龋的疗效。方法:纳入患儿110名共410颗浅龋牙,分为3组。其中A组采用奥敏清牙齿脱敏剂,B组采用普通含氟牙膏,C组采用普通不含氟牙膏。测量治疗前、治疗2、4、6周及6个月后浅龋的激光荧光值,并对治疗前后激光荧光值进行比较。结果:治疗2周后,A组、B组、C组3组患牙治疗前后比较差异没有显著性(P0.05)。4周后A组荧光值下降(P0.01),A组荧光值低于B组和C组(P0.05),B组与C组差异无显著性(P0.05)。6周和6月后,A组荧光值均低于B组和C组(P0.01)。结论:奥敏清牙齿脱敏剂治疗婴幼儿牙浅龋有较好疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of Aomin Qing tooth desensitizer in the treatment of infantile shallow caries. Methods: 110 children with shallow caries were divided into 3 groups. Group A was treated with Aomin Qing tooth desensitizer and group B was treated with normal fluoride toothpaste and group C was treated with normal fluoride free toothpaste. The laser fluorescence values of shallow caries were measured before and after treatment for 4 weeks and 6 months, and the laser fluorescence values were compared before and after treatment. Results: after 2 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference between group A and group B before and after treatment. There was no significant difference between group A and group C before and after treatment. The fluorescence value of group A was lower than that of group B and group C (P 0.01). There was no significant difference between group B and group C (P 0.05.6 weeks and 6 months later). The fluorescence value of group A was lower than that of group B and group C (P 0.01). Conclusion: Aomin Qing tooth desensitizer is effective in the treatment of infantile superficial caries.
