口腔鳞癌中DPC4、转化生长因子-β1表达及其与增殖的关系

【摘要】:目的应用免疫组化法检测口腔鳞癌中胰腺癌第4座位缺失(DPC4)基因和转化生长因子(TGF)-β1的表达,分析其与KI67增殖指数的关系。方法 46例口腔鳞癌术后蜡块组织及临床资料为观察组,肿瘤周围非肿瘤性牙龈鳞状上皮组织18例为对照组。应用免疫组化SP法检测两组中DPC4、TGF-β1和KI67的表达。结果两组中DPC4、TGF-β1和KI67表达的阳性率差异有统计学意义。观察组中DPC4、TGF-β1和KI67的表达均与肿瘤的最大径、有无坏死和分化程度密切相关。相关分析显示观察组中DPC4与TGF-β1、DPC4与KI67呈负相关,TGF-β1与KI67呈正相关。结论口腔鳞癌术后组织中DPC4低表达、TGF-β1和KI67高表达对病变的形成和进展有一定作用。DPC4与TGF-β1具有负向协同作用,可能与对KI67标记的增殖有明显调节作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of DPC4 gene and transforming growth factor-尾 1 (TGF-尾 1) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and to analyze the relationship between DPC4 and KI67 proliferation index. Methods the paraffin tissue and clinical data of 46 cases with oral squamous cell carcinoma were observed and 18 cases of non-tumor gingival squamous epithelium around the tumor were used as control group. The expression of DPC4, TGF- 尾 1 and KI67 in the two groups was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results the positive rates of DPC4 TGF- 尾 1 and KI67 were significantly different between the two groups. The expression of TGF- 尾 1 and KI67 in the observation group was closely related to the maximum diameter of tumor, necrosis and differentiation. Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between DPC4 and TGF- 尾 1, DPC4 and KI67, and a positive correlation between TGF- 尾 1 and KI67. Conclusion the low expression of DPC4 and high expression of KI67 may play a role in the formation and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma. DPC4 and TGF- 尾 1 have a negative synergistic effect on the formation and progression of the lesions. DPC4 and TGF- 尾 1 may play an important role in regulating the proliferation of KI67 markers.
